I don't really care about all this celeb propaganda, or what is happening in their lives it has no impact on my life.
Little harsh I know, but reality is more important than fantasy. I do watch movies and do enjoy a good story, I am usually not a critical person, so why am I here writing this?

I read an article that created a perception of Mr. Clooney that is quite contrary to all the headlines and news clips. Mr. Clooney is the greatest this or that. Not to take away from Mr. Clooney the positives projects he has recently undertaken, Mr. Clooney has accompished more than I ever will, poor comparison.

The interview was a promo press thing for O's 13, at some film festival, Mr. Brad Pitt was part of the interview with Mr. Clooney. Mr. Clooney was questioned about fame, and was asked for a perspective on how he would live and deal with fame if he was one of the younger generation of actors presenting in films etc., today. Mr. Clooney, gave the answer, that he would proably be injecting crack into his eyeball. This is coming from a man of 46, with high media exposure, an example to young actors following in his path, and young adults reading this article who are influenced by famous individuals. Not in the sense that it's cool to use crack, because Mr. Clooney said this or that in a random interview, but in the sense that you have a older man condoning the use of this substance, who is trying to bring not only attention to his new movies, but has been actively involved with promoting the need for attention and action in the Dafur Region of Africa.

One of my questions to Mr. Clooney, would be: How do you anticipate your recent statement concerning young actors, and the effects of the overwhelming media attention they receive and the use of drugs to deal with these very real issues in their lives? What message are you trying to convey? Do you think it is acceptable to use drugs to deal with complications, annoyances, invasion of privacy, media bull....?

I understand Mr. Clooney has chronic pain from an injury from one of his movies and requires medication. Is it really necessary to announce to the world that he uses viodin to deal with his pain, and to whatever extent he intented to refer to in response to the interviewer questioning him on how he handles all the media attention.

Question: Mr. Clooney, in light of the comments made during this interview, do you actually believe that what is happening in our world today, with perscription, illegal drugs and alcohol abuse. Is this a statement you want to have your fans, friends, family, and your industry believe about your views? Is this really your belief, or were you trying to be cool?

I don't know you personally, Mr. CLooney, but, I know you have inspired millions of people to believe in saving/helping the people in the Danfur Region, also your association with other high profile actors and the causes they represent. The time and energy all of you put forth is damaged by your monentary laspe in judgement(referring to magazine interview above), I sincerely hope this was the reason. We all run our mouths sometimes, say and do things that do not necessarily represent who we are or what we believe. The risk of not correcting or clarifing, can run the risk we will be cast in an unfairable light. People, generally do not really care why we said or did something that was irresposibile. Whether it's due to excessive scheduling, pain, whatever the reason, losing credibility and some of the momentum generated by your committment and using your fame to bring awareness to these causes is not worth losing.

Just my observation. I am not a subscriber to any media sources. Have twice made a compaint to a government
body. First time commenting on an article in print, never contacted nor do I intend to contact any person of fame. I am a content person living in my world where I blend in with the rest of the ordinary people. I am not a fanatic from a sect, or religious order. Just a concerned observer.

This is my opinion only, I do not wish to damage or hurt anyone's position in their respective professions. Everyone is entitled to express themselves in their own way. The only reason for my comments and questions
were more to bring attention to the fact interruptions of this article may/may not hurt Mr. Clooney's real ideals and beliefs, and cause undue negative attention. I promise never to do this again, I'm feel like one of the less than honest media sources.

Good Luck with O's 13.

Just an ordinary Canadian, who believes in the attention you bring to peoples' minds concerning our global responsibilities, not just domestic. If it was ordinary me, bringing the same message and concerns to the media I can guarentee you the people suffering in the Danfur, and in other parts of Africa would not see dramatic changes or peoples' willingness to help if it was not for people who have access and the respect of numerous populations around the world. Thank You

Please, be warned grammar and puntuation, spelling(Canadian), not my strongest assest.

I was feeling sad when I began reading this interview.By the time I finished,I was smiling.I had always known George Clooney was a nut,but I'd had no idea Brad Pitt was one too.The witty repartee between Pitt and Clooney obviously exists outside the Ocean's films.I can imagine how much I would have laughed if I had been the interviewer. My stomach would have ached and my jaws would have burned from laughing so hard. George's sense of humor is one of the things I find sexy about him. Talk to me and make me laugh...

I would ask them a lot, but most of it would already be answerd....but I would like to know how do all the actors avoid with fame. I think is not that easy to live with that and not go crazy.
